The service provides outpatient, day patient and acute inpatient programmes for young people who experience eating disorders. Each treatment programme is tailored to the needs of the young person and gives flexibility to alternate between pathways.

The service provides a warm and nurturing environment so that we can identify and understand the symptoms, patterns and origins of psychological distress and help patients manage their condition. Our services emphasise not only the mental wellbeing of young people but also their educational, emotional and physical needs.

Rhodes Wood Hospital provides services to the NHS, Private Pay, Insured and International patients.

About Newmarket House Healthcare Limited 

Founded in 1996, this small residential hospital dedicated solely to the treatment of severe eating disorders continues to provide safe, comprehensive treatment within the non-clinical environment of a family house.   This niche service offers intensive support focusing on the immediate physical needs of the patient combined with a weekly therapeutic programme, individual psychotherapy and family therapy.   

As patients' physical health improves they are encouraged to take increased responsibility, develop effective skills to resolves difficulties and foster an identity beyond their eating disorder.

We work closely with NHS referring teams to ensure that the transition to discharge and independent living is as seamless as possible, to minimise the possibility of relapse.

About Vincent Square Eating Disorder Service 

Vincent Square Eating Disorder Service offers a range of specialist services for people of all ages suffering from anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and related disorders. A multidisciplinary team of CAMHS and adult staff offer evidence based therapies and specialist community care for children, young people and adults. 12 day patient and 15 inpatient and places are available for adults. Our specialist staff includes psychiatrists, nurses, clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, family therapists, occupational therapists,and other specialist therapy staff. The service provides for a large local catchment area in NW London and accepts national referrals for specialist second opinions and adult inpatient care.‚Äč
